MC Fit and Adje's track "Listen to yourself" is the result of the
campaign "Beat the Macho" created by Ronald van Vessem and Michiel van Abbe. 
The song is about staying true to yourself when the pressure to be tough is great. More than 4,000 boys Participated in the campaign and shared their experiences, created scenarios, voted on polls, posted comments and filmed themselves to shine in the video.Besides the concept and directing, Ronald was responsible for the editing, post-production and grading.
